Role and Responsibilities:- Spearhead the entire Sales department i.e., manage the overall Business Development process of sales.- In depth sales knowledge of IT Services (especially Virtualization Domain and information security) solutions and products.- Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms.- Train and mentor new joiners.- Set up a team of high performing individuals and hone their sales skills.- Respond strategically in customer settings, listen and determine client s business needs.- Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms.- Leading and collaborating pre-sales efforts to define technical solutions, assist with Statements of Work and deliver proposals.- Demonstrate sales presentation skills.
