Manager - Inside Sales (2-4 Yrs) Ratnagiri (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Responsibilities :- In charge of answering calls on a daily basis and corresponding with sales and customers.- All sales through phone calls- Only warm, curious leads should be called- Must be motivated to work towards revenue targets and be interested in sales and outbound calling.- Maintain a regular follow-up with both new and current clients.- To increase sales, follow up on leads and enquiries consistently.- Meet monthly goals and follow standard operating procedures.- Have outstanding interpersonal abilities.- Follow up with potential customers closely and complete deals within the sales cycle.- The capacity to perform well under the fair strain of sales.- Monitoring individual performance on a regular basis and improving team performance at the same time.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA Incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
