Job Title : Growth ManagerLocation : IndoreDepartment : Sales and MarketingReports To : General Manager/Dealer PrincipalJob Summary :The Growth Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer acquisition, and improve customer retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the automotive market, consumer behavior, and digital marketing. The Growth Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to achieve dealership objectives.Key Responsibilities :Strategic Planning and Execution :- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with dealership goals.- Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.Sales and Marketing :- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.- Develop and manage online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :- Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and improve customer experience.- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.- Develop loyalty programs and other initiatives to enhance customer retention.Performance Tracking and Reporting :- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.- Regularly report on performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.- Use data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.Collaboration and Leadership :- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth strategies.- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.- Train and mentor staff on best practices and new strategies.Qualifications :Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
