Job Title : Business Development Manager - Inbound Sales (Closing Specialist)Company : Bacancy TechnologyLocation : AhmedabadJob Overview :- As a Business Development Manager specializing in Inbound Sales with a focus on closing, you will take a lead role in converting inbound leads into satisfied clients. This position requires a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in successfully closing sales inquiries, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.Key Responsibilities :Lead Management and Qualification : - Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads based on established criteria.
-Prioritize and focus efforts on high-value opportunities.Sales Consultation : - Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
-Articulate the value proposition of Bacancy Technology s products and services effectively.Closing Strategies : - Implement effective sales strategies to successfully close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
-Utilize objection-handling techniques to address concerns and hesitations.Collaboration with Sales Team : - Work collaboratively with the wider sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and streamlined sales process.Client Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
-Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Reporting : - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inbound sales.
-Provide regular updates to management on the status of sales inquiries and closures.Qualifications and Skills : - Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-3 to 5 years of experience specifically in inbound sales with a focus on closing deals.
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
-Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong negotiation and closing skills.
