Cistron - Customer Support Role (1-3 Yrs) Chennai (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Experience : 1 years of experience in tele calling (technical or non-technical), customer support and relationship, client co-ordination etc. are encouraged.Skills : - Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages (Tamil, Telugu and Hindi)- Must be good in English communication.- Experience in customer handling, client relationship and manage calls.Job Overview : We are looking for candidates who will act as a customer coordinator, maintain a good customer relationship, attract and retain new and existing customers of the company.Roles and Responsibilities :- Receive customer calls, address their concern and direct them to the concern team to get their request done.- Must be able to manage telephonic calls from customers through IVR and lodge sales request or service complaints in our system.- Follow up with the customer post sales or service and get feedback about the service or sales done.- Should be strong communication skills and must be multilingual (Telugu, Hindi, English, Tamil) - Maintain TAT for all calls.- Prepare detailed monthly reports on sale and services done and submit it to management.- To provide details of delayed calls and engineer s performance.
