Required Tele Caller - Hyderabad

URGENT REQUIREMENT
Role and responsibilities Call to the customers and arrange site visit based on provided leads. Reach the targets and increase the site visits. Good convincing skills, good talking power. Strong command on entire pre sales process. Daily Report to the concerned manager about the status of the leads and customer interests. Handle the pressure and should be work as result oriented. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
