Lead Software Engineer (Fullstack: ReactJS and NodeJS)
REQUIRED SKILLSETS
:High proficiency in Full Stack Application development using NodeJS, along with react.js or any other JavaScript technology.
:Good working experience with Data Structure, Algorithms, Low:Level Designing, Object: Oriented Design
:Experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred.
:Build microservices on AWS that multiple businesses can leverage, with a full:stack developer mindset.
:An entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys moving quickly on new, green:field products.
:The ability to stitch together many different services and processes together even if they have not worked with them before.
:Ability to think about systems and services and write high:quality code. We work mostly with React and Redux. However, frameworks can be learned: we care much more about your general engineering skill than your knowledge of a particular framework.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
:As a Lead Software Engineer, you 39;ll be expected to collaborate with multiple teams across the globe, understand the business domain, design solutions, and shape technical direction.
:Collaborate with product managers to grasp business and product requirements effectively and lead discussions with team on system design.
:Translate requirements into actionable tasks and code.
:Participate in Design meetings and code reviews.
:Provide support for production systems, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analyses.
:Prototype new tools through proof of concepts to assess their suitability.
:Contribute to knowledge sharing within the broader engineering community.
:Mentor and nurture the growth of team members.
:Work with your team and other technology teams in a cooperative environment to understand what customers need and iterate on solutions, adapting to feedback from customer
