About the department
Digital, Data and IT India is a team of 900 highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD and IT India is to manage IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial DD and IT GBS department is an integral part of DD and IT India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical and Market Access teams. In DD and IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.
The position
As anPMO/Executive Assistant
,
you will be responsible for supporting the head of IO DD and IT based out of Zurich and the Leadership team in executing management and relevant organizational activities. It involves,
:
Responsible for organising Leadership meetings and ensure progress on agreed action points.
:
Tracking vendor performance, liaise with the PA/EA community, and participate in Global DD and IT EA Forum meetings.
:
Building strong relationships with regional DD and IT heads, IOSO DD and IT teams, Global DD and IT Teams, and GBS CDDIT teams.
:
Acting as the key point of contact for IO DD and IT budgets, ensuring control of management cost centers and pools.
:
Coordinating with IOSO and GBS controllers for financial/budgeting and procurement processes, handling SLA, intercompany invoicing, and month:end reporting.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
:
10 years professional experience, including 5 years in IT.
:
3 years Project Manager, Scrum Master, PMO, or Executive Assistant experience.
:
Result:oriented, change:embracing, with excellent communication skills.
:
Proactive, adept at solving complex tasks, and a strong team leader.
