Systems Integration Specialist Advisor

Value Stream Manager:
NTT DATA is seeking a candidate with over 10 years of Portfolio Management experience who is comfortable working across multiple delivery methodologies with a focus on Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will guide the client on delivery best practices and must possess strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires a strong and authoritative communicator who will gain the confidence and trust of the client.

Facilitate demand from Business through to Portfolio Review Board (PRB) or Spend Review Board (SRB).

Provide governance and oversight for client projects against the client technology delivery framework.

Work closely with Client Product Owners, Project Managers, Value Stream Leads, and third parties to ensure accurate tracking from demand to implementation through to closure.

Coordinate partners, vendors, service and product owners aligned to a value stream that delivers the services relating to their value streams.

Facilitate prioritisation and planning activities.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for NTT DATA and provide handover to NTT DATA Business Partner to progress.

Engage with senior stakeholders to build strong relationships and provide continuous improvements and value:added opportunities across the stakeholder landscape.

Manage and resolve any issues diplomatically, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.

Recommend best practices and work collaboratively with the client on service enhancements.
Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team and across the organisation.
Value Stream Management
Service:

Demand Management: Manage and administer the demand management process across all value streams in Operate
-
Financial management: Coordination and consolidation of business case benefits and costs relating to value stream initiatives, and overall run costs of the value streams

Roadmap management: the coordination and consolidation of the value stream roadmaps as they relate to value streams
-
Change control: provide and manage the interface with the Change Management Service for the value streams
-
Relationship management: facilitate the engagement between partners and service providers in the delivery of the value streams
-
Design authority: interface with the Avon Design Authority to ensure the policies and procedures set by the Avon Design Authority are applied across the value streams

Programme Management: the coordination and consolidation of the value stream and services programmes and projects as they relate to value streams

Release management: oversight and management of the Release Management function (delivered within initiatives) for the DX value streams
Key Skills:

Proficient with Jira (essential, Atlassian certification preferred).

Agile delivery experience at Programme/Portfolio level (preferably
SAFe
certified).

Waterfall experience is advantageous.

Knowledgeable in Confluence (Atlassian certification is ideal).

Competent with Office 365.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Able to create high:quality content to document and explain concepts to clients.
