About the department
The BI Solutions team is part of DD and IT and consists of over 20 employees in Denmark and India. We provide Business Intelligence solutions globally, utilizing the newest BI Platform with SAP Business Warehouse (BW) on HANA and an enterprise data lake. Our solutions enable critical corporate processes across multiple functional areas such as Financial Reporting, Sales and Marketing, and Manufacturing.
The position
As a Data Foundation and Data Repository Environment professional, you will have the unique opportunity to establish a data foundation and data repository environment on the Microsoft Azure Cloud Stack. You will work closely with the Global Finance organization, utilizing corporate solutions for data management and analytics.
Your responsibilities will include:

Establishing a data foundation and data repository environment on the Microsoft Azure Cloud Stack
:
Collaborating with stakeholders and data stewards to translate business requirements into data development activities.
:
Managing and using cloud tools within the Microsoft Azure stack.
:
Extending and building data pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
:
Utilizing Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS) for data management and analytics.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
:
An academic background in IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar field.
:
Overall, 10 years of experience with relevant 4 years in data engineering.
:
Experience in managing, extending, and building data pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
:
Operational experience in managing and using cloud tools within the Microsoft Azure stack.
:
Good with Azure DevOps and code management via systems such as Git .
:
Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in both global and regional level.
