This position offers an exposure beyond traditional internships with developing strategic decision-making, competitive marketing strategies that amplify client acquisition and market presence. The ideal candidate should exude a passion for networking, building meaningful connections, and proactively broaden our client portfolio.Responsibilities :- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our flagship products in after-sales and CMMS spheres.- Identify and research potential clients within target industries.- Craft and execute proactive client outreach initiatives, including cold calls and targeted meetings.- Schedule and coordinate demo meetings with prospective clients.- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote our products.- Collaborate closely with the visionary founders in crafting and executing strategic lead generation and conversion campaigns.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.- Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance metrics.- Assist in managing the Founder s Office, including organizing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings.- Help prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.- Support the Founding team in various ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.Requirements :- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.- Possess a can-do attitude, tackling challenges with extreme vigor and consistently exceed expectations.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Enthusiasm for networking and building professional relationships.- Demonstrates proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques within professional contexts.- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating client conversations.- Exhibits strong collaborative skills and the ability to effectively work within a team-oriented environment.- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.- Knowledge of the IT industry and software products is desirable but not required.- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, sense of humor and adaptability.- Open to applications from Tier 2 college students.This isn t just an internship-it s a launchpad for your marketing career.
