Job Description
This opportunity is with one of the largest print on demand/Customized Printing solutions company.Key Responsibilities :- Leverage in-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
-Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.- Travel extensively within the assigned area to meet clients, manage operations, and support team members.- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients, vendors, and partners.- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.- Use Excel and other data analysis tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights.- Drive sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.Salary Budget : 45k-55k PMQualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.- Proven experience in a managerial role, with a focus on client management and business development.- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.- Strong leadership and team-building skills.- Experience with sales management, KPI tracking, and SOP adherence.
