Computer knowledge like MS Word, MS Excel, etc
Responsibilities:
To support the CEO primarily in scheduling meetings, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, travel arrangements, etc
Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contacts database
