Designation : Key Account ManagerPreferred candidate profile- Graduates, preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles.- Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.- Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.- Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.Role & responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.- Perform daily Customer visits & Updation of CVR & Asianet Account Information System.- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company s sales targets.- Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting Customers evolving needs.- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing Customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success.- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.- Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.Locations : Positions are across Kerala at District HQs.
