ORAI-ROBOTICS - Intern - Customer Success (0-1 Yrs) Bhopal (After-Sales/Customer Service)

REQUIREMENTS: - Candidate must possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support Skills.
-Must have excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong Analytical skills to understand customer feedback and provide solutions.
-Must have a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
-Should have knowledge about basic AI tools.
-Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field is required.
-Prior customer service experience is a plus.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Respond to customer queries and customers concerns.
-Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
-Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
-Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
-Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
-You should be responsible for exhibiting capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
