Executive - Customer Care - Inbound & Outbound Process (0-2 Yrs) Hyderabad (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Requirements :- Excellent verbal communication skills.- Adept at effectively handling customers and addressing their needs.- Capable of making 140-160 calls per day.- Willingness to work six days a week, which includes Saturdays and Sundays, with one weekday off.- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi languages.- Previous experience in tele-calling, with a minimum of 3 months to 2 years of relevant experience.Your responsibilities will include :- Delivering a scripted pitch to customers and customizing it to suit individual needs.- Handling outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback on customers experiences with our services.- Collecting and recording customer details, such as names, addresses, and phone numbers, for further processing.- Demonstrating proficiency in Tele-calling and being fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages.- Maintaining and updating the customer database regularly.- Making calls to customers from the database and ensuring accurate record management.- Providing customers with basic and accurate information during calls.Benefits :- As part of our comprehensive benefits package, we offer :- SIM Card- Health insurance (ref:updazz.com)
