Job Description: Customer Care ExecutiveCompany: JINDAL Post:Customer Care Executive Location: Moti Nagar- CTC: 15,606 CTC per month- In-hand Salary: 15,000- Additional Benefits: ESIC deductions apply- Training Stipend:- 5,000 for the initial 18 days of training- Shift Timing:- Day Shift, 9 hours per day, within the window of 8:00 AM to 8:00PM- Working Days:- 6 days a week with 1 rotational off- Work Arrangement:- On-site (Work from Office)- Eligibility:- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are welcome to apply- Upcoming Exams Policy:- No exams till 30th June- Leave Policy:- No long leaves will be granted during the initial period.- Responsibilities:- - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls and provide assistance regarding JINDALX products and services.- Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the designated system or software.- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while interacting with customers.Requirements:- - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.- Customer-centric approach with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or similar software preferred.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.- Flexibility to work day shifts within the specified timing window.- Willingness to work from the office location in Moti Nagar.
