This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive client engagement, foster strong relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Responsibilities :- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and proactive outreach.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services that meet client expectations.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to drive revenue growth.- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.- Monitor industry trends and client feedback to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and enhancements.- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients to showcase the value of our solutions and services.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the acquisition of new clients.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred.- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or sales roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.- Ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and effectively influence and persuade stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems.
