Associate - Market Research (2-8 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

The Market Research Associate will play a critical role in supporting our Business Development team by conducting thorough market research to identify potential leads and add them to our CRM. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the overall success of Leena AI.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.- Utilize various channels, including online databases, industry reports, and Google searches to identify new business leads for the Business Development team.- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market.- Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop strategies for targeting and engaging high-potential leads.- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of research findings to support sales initiatives.- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and results.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience-2 to 5 yr- Proven experience in market research, lead generation, or a similar role.- Strong research and analytical skills.- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Experience working with a B2B SAAS company.- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.- Candidate must be willing to work overlapping hours to cover the EST timezone.
