-The role involves managing our sales team, handling the LeadSquared CRM, and occasionally cold- calling potential customers.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.- Manage and optimize the LeadSquared CRM to ensure effective lead management and tracking.- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.- Engage with potential customers through cold calls, email campaigns, and other outreach methods as needed.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 2-3 years experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the edutech industry.Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly LeadSquared.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with online programming courses and the edutech landscape is a plus.
