We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Snr. Consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN:UP), India (IN).
Job Duties and Responsibilities
:Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions across Payment applications
:Design and build enterprise applications for solutions which are used across multiple application (and hence multiple business teams)
:Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross:functional team members and management
:Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
:Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency
:Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
:Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
:Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
:Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
:Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
:Managing competing resources and priorities
:Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
:Responsible for Service delivery of the team with focus on SLAs and customer management ensuring no escalations
:Managing stakeholder 's relationship with different BU 's and ability to manage escalated issues/ potential escalation
:Own Root cause analysis provide tactical and permanent solution
:Continue process improvement across the application portfolio
:Proactive analysis to drive down outage, improve recovery time and reduce time to engage
Required Experience
:Thorough knowledge of banking domain specially Fraud engines.
:Experience in regulatory reporting projects would be a huge plus
:Experience of successfully facing off to senior business leaders
:Minimum 10:12 Years of experience in Information Technology with minimum 5 years ' experience in Payment Systems application at least 2 Years ' experience in development of software preferably in a Financial Service Industry
:Wide knowledge of current and future trends in business and technology environment
:Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Education / Preferred Qualifications
:Technology, Engineering or IT Bachelors degree
Technical Competencies
:Strong knowledge Data Management
:Operating systems (Linux/ Windows)
:Knowledge of JIRA
:Experience of handling host to host connectivity with multiple ecosystem players will be useful
:Very good knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL and sound technical knowledge in Database Administration
:Hands on Software development, middleware technology, databases, open source, migrations, security, deployment, QA, project management, agile/scrum, waterfall
Personal skills
:Possess Strong problem solving, analytical skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
:Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, trouble shoot, and problem solve with clients throughout the implementation process
:Strong inter:personal and negotiation skills in dealing with HO and department users
:Medium to large team people management
:Excellent relationship building and networking skills
