What is the purpose of this role?
As Manager Analytics, you will play a meaningful role in bridging the technical expertise of an in:house team of Data Scientists with the operational expertise of different functions like Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Finance and Risk, and other frontline managers. Particularly, you will demonstrate the consumer insight data, tools and analytics to identify and gather opportunities where Analytics can guide Business Leaders in data based strategic decision making.

What would be the responsibilities for this role?

Business Intelligence: Develop data tools /processes to provide insightful recommendations to commercial teams via extensive analysis across Price, Promotion, Assortment and Trade Terms; Generates market insights to support revenue strategy and other business pivotal initiatives.

Business Partnering : strong ability to work with Business team members to understand the business questions. Translating the business question to the Data Science team to work out scalable solutions and embed the results and findings into daily decision making
