Job description :
EXPERTISE REQUIRED:
Bachelor s degree required in a quantitative field, preferred, or equivalent work
experience.
A degree in Human Resources is preferred but not required.
3 to 5 years HRIS or equivalent experience.
1-3 years Project Management experience or Systems Implementation experience.
Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions, and processes,
and experience with database tools.
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with an HRMS such as Ceridian, Ceridian Dayforce HCM, WFM.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal
communication skills.
Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-
related projects
Proven (demonstrated) strength in quantitative ability.
