Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our Founder 's Team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to handle sensitive information with discretion, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage the Director s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations as needed.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the Director.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including booking venues, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Project Management: Assist in planning and executing various projects. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the Director s objectives.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research, collate reports & insights on various topics
Content Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends and new content releases and build understanding on trends, patterns and the why s of their success.
Miscellaneous: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Desired Skillset
-Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
-1-4 years of relevant experience preferably in the media, entertainment, or tech industry
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Quick adapter of emerging technologies and environment in latest tech/AI
-Passionate about exploring diverse content (web series, movies) and entertainment in general
-High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
