We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Pricing/Data/Deal Modelling & Analytics to join our Pricing COE team. This role is located in Pune, MH- HYBRID
In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:
Prepare Fee schedules/ rate cards accurately within specified timelines
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data for fee schedule creation
Ensure Fee schedules are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirement
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Asset servicing/ Alternatives product catalogue
Work closely with Pricing analyst, sales, RM and operations teams to ensure alignment
Develop and maintain trackers to monitor and analyze the efficiency of the function
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency
Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline the activities and enhance overall efficiency
Collaborate closely with the core pricing team operating in EMEA and America
To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:
Bachelor s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field
5 - 7 years of total work experience preferred; experience in financial accounting, preferred.
Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing products and Industry practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advance functions
Strong understanding on the financial statements, KPI s
Experience handling / managing complex documentation and business workflow
Ability to review, challenge and improve control processes, identifying data driven solution and opportunities for automation
Ability to work under time constraints
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills, influencing skills, control focus
Must have ability to deal effectively with senior managers
