Telecalling/Telesales Role - Bank (0-5 Yrs) Mumbai (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Description of requirement1. Good to Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi2. Experienced in tele sales or insurance (For health, term & MF callers - relevant experience is required) Fresher can also apply3. International BPO background people are also ok, but please shortlist them considering all pros and cons4. Atleast 1yr stability in previous jobs & should have not changed too many jobs in the last 3yrs for any reasons5. Should have secured atleast 55% & above in HSC, SSC & Graduation (wherever applicable).6. Candidates from Policy bazaar or Cover fox, Turtle mint to be avoided7. Anyone below 80% score in IQ & math, should be rejected by HR- Minimum criteria of Tele-Sales- Should be HSC & above and secured 60% and above in last exams- Age between 20yrs to 28yrs ONLY- Would prefer caller with atleast 1.5 to 2yrs of insurance or sales experience- Should have been with previous employer for atleast 1.5yr- Fresher s are also welcome- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi- Should be based out of Central or Harbor line.
