- Drive the implementation of the online marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.- Manage the monthly budget on online platforms with accountability for campaign ROI.- Develop, manage, and build relationships with key marketing partners and agencies.- On-boarding and training of new outlets within the chain in an efficient and scalable way, working with outlet-level contacts and senior stakeholders.- Manage the complete P&L across franchisees effectively. An understanding of the franchise store s P&L and business decisions based on the same is expected.- Work on the menu redesign to improve the customer experience and overall conversion on aggregator platforms.- Directly coordinate with the Operations and Franchise Support Team to improve the profitability of franchise stores on the Aggregator Platform.- Work with the customer relationship and operations teams to ensure a superior customer experience through strategic initiatives to improve customer ratings and operations parameters.Note : Experience in Swiggy and Zomato is preferred.
