Customer Service Role - IT (2-5 Yrs) Delhi (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Core Duties and Responsibilities:- Interact professionally with users via email and chat.- Provide user and administrator-level support of software platform. Ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner.- Assist with new customer onboarding activities, including contract facilitation and system configuration.- Help identify opportunities to improve the software platform and customer/user communications.- Contribute to our internal and customer-facing knowledge bases.- At least 2 years experience in a professional customer service position/s.- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
