- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Insurance Sales Trainer for one of our client. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience and a strong background in insurance sales training. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement effective training programs for insurance sales representatives.- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.- Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to incorporate relevant information into training modules.- Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales team members to ensure continuous development.Requirements :1.
