By addressing skill gaps, fostering innovation, and enhancing accessibility through cutting-edge technologies and advanced pedagogical methods, USDC facilitates a dynamic learning experience.Major Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and Online Process.- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.- Attending around 150 calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets.- Self-motivated and organized, Capable of Managing a high volume of customer interactions.- Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per their domain- Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting will be an added advantageQualification- Graduate in Sales / Business / Management StreamSkills, Expertise and Experience: Experience required: 2 -5 years,- Graduate in Sales / Business / Management Stream- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Creating urgency when required, Rebuttals and counselling skills- Interpersonal skills,- Active listening skills- Knowledge of CRM Tool (ref:updazz.com)
