The ideal candidate should have a total of 3-5 years of proven software sales experience, preferably B2B software, demonstrating a track record of success in Inside Sales. If you are passionate about technology sales and meet the specified criteria, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:- Close inside sales leads to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for BitRaser s data erasure solutions.- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, chats, emails, and virtual meetings.- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets within specified timeframes.- Manage the complete sales cycle from probing leads, creating responses to closure, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.Desired Experience: - Should have 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/ Enterprise Sales for the USA / UK region- Outbound Sales on existing leads/ Business Development, Inside Sales, Prospecting, US Sales, IT Software Sales.- Comfortable working in the US shift Shift Timing - 5:00 pm to 2:00 am IST (US Shift) or other shiftKey Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.- Flexibility to work in shifts, as the role may require coverage during different time zones.- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and management.Qualifications:Candidate must be either a BE, B.Tech, BCA in Computers, B.Sc.
