You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess a `strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote PEB solutions and generate leads.2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.3. Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.4. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the benefits and features of our PEB solutions.5. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to clients requirements.6. Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and quotations in coordination with the sales and legal teams.7. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.8.
