Duration :Minimum 03 to 06 monthsResponsibilities :- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns through our CRM platform.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for email and WhatsApp communications.- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide insights for optimization.- Segment customer lists based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to personalize marketing communications.- Conduct A/B testing on email and WhatsApp campaigns to optimize messaging and design.- Assist in maintaining CRM data integrity, including updating contact information and managing subscription preferences.- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.Requirements :- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- Strong interest in marketing and campaign management.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
