Store Sales Executive

Job Description AN Studio is looking for a Store Sales Executive to assist customers at our new furniture and decor retail store named Rarelily. As a Store Sales Executive, you ll guide customers through the shopping process, from the initial greeting to the final purchase. By providing insight and support, you ll help strengthen our customer relationships and convert new patrons into repeat shoppers. Objectives of this Role

• Deliver exceptional service to our shoppers, resulting in repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve store sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotions
• Inform patrons about product features and benefits, offering opinions and recommendations as appropriate
• Maintain a tidy shopping environment and welcoming atmosphere
• Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Treat customers with respect and courtesy

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Answer customer questions and assist with requests
• Execute purchases and returns at the cash register while checking for accuracy
• Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills, including the ability to give accurate change
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and MS office skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
