Job DetailsRole - Inside Sales TeamQualification: Graduate/Post-GraduateExperience : 1 YearsDay-to-day responsibilities :- New customer acquisitions across multiple products like unsecured, secured, and semi-secured finance (preferably working capital/business loans)- Collect relevant financial documents from the client for risk evaluation.- Strong expertise in sales and operations.- Business Development- Tele-calling- Solving Customer Queries- Serving as representative of company in front of customers- Handle Customer Queries at independent level along with inter-departmental coordinationWhat we look for :- The candidate should have at least 1 years of experience in sales and operations.- Basic understanding of working capital loans, business loans, letters of credit, bank guarantees, overdrafts, etc.- Should be able to pitch financial products to businesses and handle backend operations as well.- Exposure in banking and financial services industry- Self-motivated and proactive individuals.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Hunger to grow in the company and add value to the SMEs nationwide.- Should be comfortable in a client-facing role.- Should have passion to achieve allocated targets.Work Location : Mumbai (ref:updazz.com)
