-Content Creation and Management : Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content. Ensure content consistency in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
-Editorial Leadership : Lead and manage a team of copywriters providing guidance and feedback to produce exceptional content.
-Content Calendar Management : Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of content across all platforms and marketing channels.- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
-Brand Voice and Messaging : Uphold and evolve the company s brand voice and messaging across all content, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy. Qualification and Skills : - Bachelor s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Content Manager, with a strong portfolio of published content. Should have at least 8 years of experience.
-Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
