Job Description
Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Sales Strategies : Devise effective sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market and achieve sales targets. Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to maximize results.Prospect and Acquire New Clients : Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.Understand Client Needs : Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client s business objectives, challenges, and IT requirements.Present Solutions : Present and demonstrate our company s IT solutions and services to key decision-makers, showcasing how they address the client s specific needs and provide value.Build and Maintain Relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and procurement professionals. Act as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, providing expert guidance and support.Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution architects, and technical specialists, to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.Negotiate Contracts : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company while adhering to company policies and procedures.Track Sales Performance : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Stay Updated on Industry Trends : Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
