Till date, iB Cricket has thousands of customers with a customer base spread across 10 countries.Know more about iB Cricket :- Website : iB Cricket Trailer : https://youtu.be/op7O-zLA71AYou re ideal for this role, if :- You re a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Specialist with a strong background in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.- You have a proven track record in executing successful App Install campaigns or working with D2C brands and are well-versed in driving results through both Meta and Google advertising channels.- You have working knowledge and experience with gaming companies is an added advantage.- You have a proven track record of effectively implementing digital marketing campaigns, consistently achieving and exceeding marketing targets and ROI.- You re looking to work in a high-growth startup environmentRoles & Responsibilities :Meta (Facebook) Ads Management :- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta, ensuring maximum reach and user acquisition.- Allocate and manage a monthly ad spend of at least 5-10 lakhs on Facebook ads.- Utilize advanced targeting strategies to reach the target audience and achieve campaign objectives- Curate killer Ad concepts that can drive app installs and sales- Create ad assets by collaborating with video and design teamGoogle Ads Management :- Oversee App Install campaigns across Google platforms, including YouTube, display ads, and search ads.- Manage a monthly ad spend of at least 3 lakhs on Google ads- Stay updated on the latest trends and features within the Google advertising ecosystem.Experience :- 3 years of proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on App Install campaigns.- Prior experience with a minimum monthly ad spend of 3 lakhs on Facebook ads and 1 lakh on Google ads.What are we looking for?
