Demand/Lead Generation Role - Research Services (0-1 Yrs) Metros (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Role :We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside Sales & Research Trainee to join our team for a six-month program. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in both sales and research within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, market trends, and competitor analysis.- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.- Assist in developing and maintaining a database of prospective clients.- Support the sales team in creating and delivering engaging sales pitches and presentations.- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather and analyze data for sales strategies.- Aid in the development and execution of outreach campaigns.- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client information.Education & Experience :- Graduation is a must.- A passion for sales, research, and a desire to build a career in these fields.- Proficiency in office applications (MS or Google suite; very familiar with prospecting via LinkedIn & using its addons)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.- Basic knowledge of sales techniques or willingness to learn.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- High on the learnability quotient.
