This role requires a basic understanding of search engine behavior, social media platforms, and strategies to manage the company s reputation effectively.Key Responsibilities :- Monitor and manage the company s social media accounts, ensuring positive engagement with the audience.- Respond to negative reviews and ratings on various platforms, including review sites and social media.- Develop and publish positive content to enhance the company s online reputation.- Conduct social listening to stay updated on public sentiment and emerging issues.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ORM strategies with overall brand goals.- Assist in the development and implementation of ORM strategies and policies.- Engage with dissatisfied customers to address their concerns and mitigate negative reviews.- Conduct online research to identify negative keywords associated with the brand and develop strategies to counteract them.- Support the management team in maintaining and improving the company s reputation.Technical Skills Required :- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).- Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics.- Basic knowledge of search engine behavior and SEO principles.- Experience in content creation and digital marketing.Soft Skills Required :- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.- Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of ORM strategies.- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to addressing issues.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.- Internship or project experience in online reputation management is a plus.Preferred :- Basic experience in ORM operations, campaign execution, and planning.- Familiarity with social CRM and social analytics.- Knowledge of forums, blogs, and review sites.
