We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Pune & Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector, and a strong emphasis on working through channels and dealer networks. The role involves working across Maharashtra, targeting industries such as Cold Rooms, Industrial, Pharma, among others.Responsibilities :- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets within the designated territory, focusing on channel and dealer networks.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective channel development aligned with the company s objectives.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, dealers, and channel partners.- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product solutions through the channel network.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Director.
