The rep will play a role in achieving the customer acquisition and lead conversion through calls, working with channels partners, creating interest and qualifying prospects.Responsibilities :- Day to day calling of leads generated- Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls and leads- Understand customer needs and requirement- Explain KredX s offering and educate invoice discounting concept and benefits- Qualify leads and pass to respective locations- Target basedRequirements :- Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing- Must have B2B experience- Must have basic knowledge of business banking products- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day- Experience in working with a CRM (Zoho or similar)- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Strong listening and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- BA/BS degree or equivalent- Prior work experience is Financial organization preferred (ref:updazz.com)
