Gratuity & Super Annuation funds- Solution selling skills, competitive analysis, relationship management and negotiation skills.- Providing Employee Benefit solutions to corporate clients both MNCs and PSUs- Mapping the account and conducting escalation meetings- Carrying out reviews and investment con-calls for the corporate- Providing the necessary help required for resolving any queries regarding formation of new trusts or making changes in the existing trust.- Carrying out Employee communication in corporate to address any issues that employees may have.
