Preparing Demand Letters to customers Preparing account statement Collection of payments Raising and Sending Receipts to customers once the payment received Attending the and Sending emails to customers customer s Queries Resolving customer legal queries by coordinating with the legal team. Handling Customers Calls and customer care emails Responsibility for reminding customers regarding the due date for payment. Managing the customers of different categories on a regular basis/on demand. Handling Pre Delivery Inspection and attending snag list of customers. Collecting modification work/ snag list from customers for his flat and forwarding to the concerned person. Handling Registration Formalities. Preparing flat handing over documents to the customer Responsibilities of handing over keys and possession letters to customers. Maintaining customers details in Excel sheet (master sheet). Interdepartmental coordination and Coordinating with site team with individual customer flat completion.
