Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager with 8 years experience who can oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, project management, and team leadership. This role involves managing multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting high:quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed within scope and budget.
-Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants. Foster a collaborative and high:performance work environment.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
-Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet the required standards and best practices. Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the team.
-Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery. Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of problems.
-Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for Salesforce initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and enhance the value delivered to clients.
-Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are applied to the right projects. Manage resource capacity and workload balancing.
-Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, tools, and processes. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
-Experience:
-Proven experience as a Salesforce Delivery Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years experience in managing Salesforce projects.
-Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
-Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
-Knowledge of Salesforce development languages and tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
-Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non:technical stakeholders.
- Problem:Solving: Strong analytical and problem:solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
- Client Focus: Strong client management skills, with a focus on delivering high:quality service and building long:term relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with other CRM systems and integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services (e.g., AWS
