As a Manager - Content you will :- Develop and execute the annual content marketing plan encompassing all Lines of Business (LOB).- Mentor and guide content writers within their respective roles and responsibilities across LOBs.- Contribute to the overall marketing revenue pipeline through strategic content initiatives.- Strategize and execute the content calendar in collaboration with the content marketing team.- Coach content writers on best practices for effective marketing collateral creation.- Copy edit marketing content, including websites, landing pages, blogs, ad copies, flyers, mailers, and presentations.- Develop writing style guides for all marketing collateral to maintain consistency.- Identify and strategize content creation across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages of the customer lifecycle.Skills Required :- 10 years of experience in B2B IT Services content writing.- Coordinative abilities to manage the content writers team and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.- Good understanding of the B2B IT Services/Product landscape.- Familiarity with secondary research techniques used in content development.- Expert-level proficiency in English grammar, usage, and nuances.- Practical experience in overseeing the entire content management lifecycle.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior content writers for skill enhancement.
