& & & & & Roles and Responsibilities: Identification of new vendors for new material or as back up supplier.

• Negotiation with vendor for price, terms and conditions.

& & & & & & & & Coordination for vendor registration and vendor development. & & & & & & & & Ensuring implementation of all SOPs. & & & & & & & & Ensuring proper maintenance and preservation of system related documents and records. & & & & & & & & Coordination at the time of internal / external audit.

• Coordination for MRM and provide required data

& & & & & & & & Identify risks in procurement process and ensure risk mitigation. & & & & & & & & Ensure supplier evaluation is carried out. & & & & & & & & Prepare purchase order along with terms and condition. & & & & & & & & Preparing purchase order after receiving the Indent from the Factory / Production department. & & & & & & & & Maintaining the Records of Purchase Order & & & & & & & & Maintaining stock of the Packing Material. & & & & & & & & In absence of Purchase manager, negotiate with the supplier. & & & & & & & & Follow up with the supplier for Tax Invoice / Correction in the Tax Invoice. & & & & & & & & Maintaining the Working of Cost sheet of the products and any other report require by the management. & & & & & & & & Tracking the material once the LR details received from the supplier. Responsibilities & & & & & & & & Responsible for availability of material on time and as per required quality. & & & & & & & & Maintain proper inventory at factory. & & & & & & & & Ensure samples / documents / Test certificates from vendor as and when required & & & & & & & & Maintain data base for vendor & & & & & & & & Support vendor for improvement Communicate with vendor for organizational policies, terms and conditions.
& & & & & & & & Present MRM data to MR/Management as required. & & & & & & & & Responsible for effectiveness of corrective actions & & & & & & & & Prepare MS documents pertaining to department & & & & & & & & Verify error proofing / mistake proofing actions taken by vendors. Ensure no error in purchase order, terms and condition.
