Job Description

Brady Corporation hiring for Process Executive- AR Cash Applications

Position Reports To: Team Lead/ Assistant Manager- AR

Eligibility Criteria:

Must hold a B.Com degree in Accounting / Finance, BBA/BBM, M.Com, MBA (Finance)/MFM
Year of Passout 2023-2024
Fresher / At least 0-1 year experience in BPO/ Shared Services Organization.
Age should be

Should have Good Communication Skills both written and oral.
Should have good Accounting skills & knowledge.
Should be a Quick learner, team player and have the ability to maintain good peer relationships.&
Should have Positive Attitude and be action oriented.
Ability to proficiently operate PC/System and any related ERP software packages like SAP or Oracle

Responsibility and Duties:

Perform daily posting of incoming payments received through various modes like Lockbox, Wires, EBS, Manual Checks, Credit Cards, Direct Debits.&
Perform other activities like Remittance handling in shared mailboxes, remit verifications, Credit/ Payment Offsets, Write Off 's and Rebate clearing are some of the other activities that are performed at the time of application of payments.
Saving of Check copies and Bank Statements from the Bank portal in the local shared drives.
Perform Indexing of Remits received from Customer. Perform Residual audits and cleanup of items coded.
Managing the workload allocation to ensure that the work is completed within TAT as per SLA.
Ensure quality of the deliverables are maintained in spite of high volumes.
Proficiency in basic business applications such as Microsoft Office.&
Familiarity on the usage of the ERP system and developing oneself on the short cut keys to the data entry.&
Contribute towards managing process backlogs and CA processing cycle time.
Understands and contributes to meeting the process SLA s (Service Level Agreements).
Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for application of the payment is consistent with documented policies and procedures.
Understand the SOX controls applicable for the cash application activities along with the impact of each control.
Understand and adopt the culture and values of the Brady organization.
Identify and implement process improvements, suggestions and best practice initiatives.
Individual Contributor with an ability to work with minimum supervision.

Salary: INR 3-3.4 LPA
