What Youll Do:
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, TempRite India, you would be is responsible for driving success in all facets of the of the marketing communication strategy for TempRite brands thus supporting short: and long:term business objectives.
What Were Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):
- Drives development and execution of local marketing strategy to establish TempRite brands as thought leaders in the market. Primary focus in FlowGuard Plus CPVC plumbing systems.
- Drive Market Research initiatives including Focus Groups to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned to the market requirement.
- Formulate B2B events to cater to Tier 2/3 markets fostering our reach in these markets with ABC segment
- ROI driven execution of Tradeshows (Plumbex IPA PAAC FIST) ensuring continuous engagement with key stakeholders/association in the industry.
- Strategically plan and execute Plumber activation programs to increase brand recall and connect with key influencers. Responsible to Train and leverage our plumber experts for the offline and online initiatives.
- Develop and improvise on offline brand collaterals, B2B collaterals by effectively liasoning with area managers.
- Support execution of all the offline initiatives, events, experience center set up at our existing and upcoming plants.
- Identify and work with external eco:system/vendors to put together and delivery a marketing plan
- Collaborate effectively with technical and business teams within Lubrizol as well as external vendors to manage simultaneous time:sensitive projects
- Support seamless execution of all marketing initiatives by collaborating with accounts, procurement team and demand creation team
- Ensure frequent Tracking and optimal utilization of marketing budget.
Skills That Make a Difference:
- Postgraduate in Marketing
- Digital Marketing, Google analytics, HubSpot certification will be an added advantage
- 5:7 years ' experience in on ground activation, events, marketing, branding, digital marketing.
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Proactive and result oriented with strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment and multitasking.
- Passionate about Marketing and Innovation to help shape build brand awareness and customer experience.
- Good analytical, technical, and creative skills.
