What Youll Do:
As an Marketing Specialist, Digital and PR, TempRite India, you would be leading digital initiatives, along with use of digital tools in marketing and communication of TempRite brands in India to achieve business objectives (key products include FlowGuard Plus, BlazeMaster and Corzan)
What Were Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):
- Establish TempRite brands as thought leaders in this otherwise commercialized segment using digital marketing tools and capabilities.
- Day:to:day management and improvement of the Plumber Loyalty program and roll:out of marketing campaigns along with associated agencies.
- Implement B2B Loyalty program : B2B App Launch and onboarding
- Lead Digital PR for brand channels, support planning and dissemination to regionals, and trade channels regularly.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the FlowGuard Plus brand campaign innovation and execution on various digital channels : IG/FB/YT/ WA liaisoning with onboarded agencies.
- Lead Inbound Strategy Planning and execution on Hubspot.
- Support technical Content planning and scheduling for SEO, manage GMB profile for all three brands
- Build Podcast channels : FlowGuard Plus Beyond Plumbing 3.0 Blazemaster Fireside chat 3.0 Corzan Chemconnect
- Identify and work with external eco:systems/vendors.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and business teams within Lubrizol as well as external vendors to manage simultaneous time:sensitive projects.
- Support seamless execution of all marketing initiatives by collaborating with accounts, procurement team and demand creation team.
- Ensure frequent Tracking and optimal utilization of the digital marketing budget.
Skills That Make a Difference:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Marketing
- Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, GA4, Paid campaigns and HubSpot certification will be an added advantage.
- 3:5 years ' experience in loyalty management, Digital marketing, paid campaigns, content creation and branding.
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Proactive and result:oriented with a strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment and multitasking.
- Passionate about Marketing and Innovation to help shape and build brand awareness and customer experience.
- Good analytical, technical, and creative skills.
